What Visors Fit Schutt F7
The Schutt F7 is one of the most popular football helmets in the game today. Its advanced shell design and TPU cushioning system have made it a favorite among players at every level.
But because of the helmet’s unique facemask setup, finding the right football visor matters.
A visor should fit securely, stay clear during games, and install without a complicated setup. That’s why many players choose NXTRND football visors for the Schutt F7.
Which NXTRND Visors Fit the Schutt F7?

VZR1 vs. VZR3
Both visors are great options for the Schutt F7, but each offers slightly different benefits.
NXTRND VZR1
The VZR1 is built for players looking for a durable visor with a strong scratch-resistant coating and simple 2-clip installation.
NXTRND VZR3
The VZR3 is known for its lightweight feel and anti-fog performance. Its clear design also makes it approved for most leagues.
How to Install a NXTRND Visor on a Schutt F7
Installing a visor on a Schutt F7 is slightly different from standard football helmets because of the front quick-connect plate.
1. Loosen the Front Plate
Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the two screws on the front quick-connect plate.
Do not fully remove the screws.
2. Insert the Visor
Slide the visor behind the facemask from the inside of the helmet.
3. Align the Center Tab
Center the visor and slide the middle tab underneath the loosened front plate.
4. Tighten the Plate
Secure the front plate back into place once the visor is centered.
5. Attach the Side Clips
Align the clips with the facemask bars and tighten the screws until snug.
IMPORTANT: Do not overtighten the screws.
Are NXTRND Visors Legal for Games?
The clear versions of the VZR1 and VZR3 are approved in most youth and high school football leagues.
Rules can vary by league, so always check with your coach or league officials before games.
