EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
We've extended our usual 30 days returns period to allow returns on any unwanted purchases in the lead up to Christmas.
Purchases made between 1st November 2024 and 1st January 2025 can be returned up until 31st January 2025. Purchases made from 2nd January 2025 onwards will have 30 days to return. *must meet criteria below
CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) and packaging must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The item(s) must be accompanied by the original tags and packaging.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT I CANNOT RETURN?
We do not accept returns for: Mouthguards, socks, and final sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons respectively.
Please note that if the swing tag has been removed from the product, or the swing tag is damaged, it won’t be accepted as a return and a refund will not be processed.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To initiate a return, please complete our return section above.
You will need your order number and email to start the return process.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
No.
Please process through our returns section above. You will be responsible for the payment and shipping of the return. NXTRND is not responsible for the loss of packages. Please retain proof of postage.
You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery, otherwise it is not eligible to be returned.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse and have inspected and approved the returned item(s)
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note it can take up to an additional five (5) working days for your refund to appear in your account, once processed.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you wish to exchange a unused and unopened item, you will need to initiate a return as outlined above and mention "exchange" in your submission.
Used items cannot be exchanged.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM IF IT'S DAMAGED?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can process a return above, detailing this as your reason for return.
We will ask you to provide photographs of the damage or defect when you start the return.
We will assist you in resolving the issue by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
We ask you to notify us of the damaged or defective item within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order. Beyond this timeframe, your item won’t be eligible for a return or replacement.
