To return your order, please email us at support@nxtrndusa.com to receive your return shipping label. Nxtrnd will email you a return label within 24 hours. Please package your item(s) with the original packing slip or order confirmation.
All returns must be received in unused/new condition and be in the original packaging to be approved for a refund. International orders cannot be exchanged. If you wish to receive a different product or size, please kindly visit our site to place a new order.
If your order was sent to an address in the United States, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the United States, customs/duties and sales tax are non-refundable through Nxtrnd. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
